An equipment photograph with useful context

Show the arrangement clearly and keep specifications separate from the image.

Start with the whole layout

Choose a view that shows the relationship between the items. Remove unrelated objects when making your own picture. Protect sharp components throughout. A photograph can document an arrangement without becoming a recommendation that everyone should copy the same equipment.

Add the known details

Use confirmed model names and describe the visible setup. Do not infer a specification from appearance alone. Keep a source for technical information. A personal preference about carrying or storage should be labelled as an observation, not a universal assessment.

Choose a distinct record

One broad photograph and a genuinely different detail can be enough. Keep the original and author for borrowed material. More files do not always add useful information; a small well-described collection is easier to compare and review.
